History:
The Mayor wanted to establish sanctuaries in the coastal barangays of San Remegio so he collaborated with the Community-Based Resource Management Project (CBRMP) who asked for Aboitiz Group Foundation, Inc. (AGFI's) help. Fred of AGFI brought it up with the Board and so they provided budget for everything.
